Hi, I'm using Acer Nitro 5 AN-515-41-F722, and now I'm planning to upgrade the RAM(Default RAM is 4gb) and when I checked the Task Manager it only shows that there's only 1 slot and it's already been occupied, however, when I opened the laptop itself. there's 2 slot in there. Can you please enlighten me why it's just showing 1 slot even though in reality it has 2? And would it be possible to use both slots? Thank you for sharing your thoughts! Stay safe everyone.
