Hello, so I have bought a used Acer Nitro AN515-44 a few months ago and I had its storage upgraded by the seller.
But I am experiencing this problem whenever I turn on my laptop. I immediately contacted them about this and they said that I just needed to update my drivers but I've already done those and still the problem persists.
Well, I have tolerated it since I believed it was only a QoL issue and I managed to work around it by turning it off and booting it up again after a minute or so. But lately, I am getting annoyed with it and I really do wanna fix it or have it fixed elsewhere if ever.
Was just wondering if this is a hardware issue or a software-issue as the og seller insisted? And can I fix it myself if ever? Thanks!
