What kind of rice are they eating? And is it healthy?

I really want to start eating healthier so I can get rid of fat and put on some muscle and in the anime it seems like the rice they eat helps out muscle on (I think) and it also seems pretty good so I was wondering if anyone would happen to know what kind of rice is it and how it’s cooked...
