my entire spine hurts so bad constantly and my back muscles have started to overcompensate causing them to strain and feel so tight all the time. i can’t even look upwards without my shoulders pulling up by my ears and even then i can’t lean very far back. i’m so tired of the pain and aching especially bc i like to workout and weight lift. does anyone have any tips or recommendations? or any light at the end of the tunnel stories ? i’d love to hear that this isn’t permanent (i’m on month 6/9 doses 20/40/40/80/80/80)
