Joint pain. How to fix/heal?

Not sure if i just hurt my knee or pulled a muscle or something, but my left knee has been sore for 5 days now and I think the isotretinoin does seem to slow down the healing or even is the one causing it.
Never had this before on my first round of accutane, any tips? thanks
