has accutane affected your period?

20f not on oral contraceptive or anything like that (i pledged abstinence since im gay lol) but i’ve been dealing with like two weeks of light spotting when i should’ve had my period during one of those weeks. i get rlly sharp random cramps which i don’t usually experience outside of when im having a rlly bad period. anyone who can relate?
