Dry skin and lips have caused split in the corner of my mouth and wound won't seem to heal. Any tips?

Still on accutane for a few more weeks but I have this split in the corner of my mouth and every time I eat or yawn etc., it sort of splits open again and just isn't healing. I put cream on over night but then again when I wake up and start eating breakfast or whatever it opens up again.
Anyone have something similar and is there anything I can do or is it something I'll have to put up with until I finish accutane and my skin/lips are less dry and it can heal properly?
