Going on accutane after spironolactone with relatively clear skin

So right now I'm on spironolactone, will be going on accutane in a couple weeks. Thing is my skin had almost cleared up right now just 2 small pimples. If I go on accutane will my acne come back because of the purge? If so how long does it usually last and how bad does it get?
