Is it normal to still be breaking out on your last month?

So I'm about a quarter of the way through my last month and I'm still breaking out a little bit. I don't get white heads, though. I get these cysts that start off inflamed and then eventually subside until you can't see them anymore but a tiny bump remains dormant under the skin. Anyway, one of these cysts popped up yesterday and I wanted to know if anyone else was still breaking out in their final month but cleared up after they finished their course. Thanks!
