This is my second time on accutane. Last week I started to have pain in my collarbone area and chest and it started getting gradually worse until Sunday I decided to stop taking the accutane as the pain was making it so hard for me to even get out of bed, put clothes on, and pain in my ribs so much it made it hard for me to breathe. I call the dermatologist and they agree that I should stop, today I went to the hospital because the pain has still persisted, I get x rays and a thorough blood test and everything looks perfect. They just recommended to keep taking ibuprofen and Tylenol. The pain even with the ibuprofen is still persistent and I’m not sure what to do, has this happened to anyone else and how long did it take for this side effect to go away?
