Forehead and tzone went back to being oily. Why?

I just want to preface this by saying I’ll be going to my dermatologist in a few days to ask about this.

I’m on 20mg per day. Filipino 20m 162cm/5’4” 75kg. when i first started taking accutane, my skin started getting really dry after a week. It’s been a month since i started my regimen and now my t zone and forehead started being oily again a few days ago. What could be causing this? What changed about my skincare routine is i started using a toner with 5% glycolic acid which was recommended by my dermatologist around the same time my forehead and t zone returned to being oily.
