Hi guys, I've been on Accutane 30 mg for 4 months now, I started back in Feb when it was cold. Since it was cold, I was able to layer products (La Roche Hydro serum Cerave moisturizing cream) but now as the weather is getting hotter, I see my skin is oily when I wake up and small zits coming out whereas my face has been like glass so far.

Could it be that the current skincare routine is too much for the hotter weather now? Do you have any suggestions on what I should change? I was thinking to keep the La Roche serum and try Neutrogena Hydroboost gel cream since it's lighter than the Cerave moisturizer. Or do I take out the serum completely?

Any help would be appreciated :)
