Chest pains?

Hi! So I’ve noticed since yesterday I’ve had a pretty stabbing pain in my chest. It hurts to breath and I’m sure it’s around my ribs/costal cartilage area. When I press down on it, the pain shoots up. I’m assuming it’s an inflammation/ joint pain that comes with Accutane. Any advice? It hurts to take deep breath. Internet says it goes away on its own
