How do you know the difference between breaking out and purging?

So I started using a new sunscreen and I am coincidentally almost 1.5 months into accutane. I’ve noticed new pimples on my face and I can’t seem to figure out if my sunscreen is making me break out or if its just me beginning my purge. Any advice?
