On and off side effects?

Hi! Im finishing my third week on Accutane and I wanted to ask if anyone else has experienced on and off side effects. Some days my skin feels extremely dried out, almost peeling, dry eyes and runny nose and on others it feels completely normal. Not even chapped lips. Nothing at all. It makes me nervous and makes me feel like my dose isn’t strong enough or working, or that Im doing something wrong. Can anyone help me? My next appointment is in three weeks so I’ll definitely ask my derm about it too but I wanna ask if anyone else has experienced this and what outcome did they have? 40 mg/day btw.
