Low dose Accutane question

Hey guys, I started my Accutane journey after years of battling severe chin and jawline acne (plus I developed perioral dermatitis from all the creams and topical treatments I've tried so yay for that!)

Right now I'm on day 4 and I wanted to see your experiences with the low dose treatment.

I'm taking 20 mg and have 65 kgs which is about 0.3 mg / 1 kg. I will do this for a few months after which my dose will be adjusted. The plan is to take it for 9 months at least.

My question is, is this dose too low? And how successful is the low dose approach? Should I expect a purge or not?
