Quick question. I am hearing back soon about a second interview at Deloitte Arlington and GPS. I have a job offer that I am waiting to accept though at Grant Thornton in Boston which is what I was planning my permanent residency to be in/ in commercial which is what I preferred to work in but the salary is a bit lower than expected (80k). Between both salaries (based on what I’m expecting from Deloitte) it isn’t the biggest diff (maybe 8k) but with the location of the Grant Thornton the cost of living is higher in Boston so Deloitte would be the preferable option.

If I was offered a position at a position at Deloitte though is the location something I can negotiate so I can be in my preferred location specifically in Boston or NYC, I know you can work at wherever they hire you at for a certain amount of time and move but it would just be a bit easier to settle! Should I mention I’m interested in a location change during my interview or just wait for the offer as well? Let me know your opinions! Thanks!
