Sucks to have your one of your favorite co workers leave the company. If anything, the people in your team are what make the experience a little more tolerable. Now I count the days and hours till I can do the same move myself.

The thing is I’m the only staff on this big engagement with two other managers. Scary stuff when the senior who’s done all the grunt work and intricacies leaves.
