New LLC SP for 2021

I am starting a LLC for 2021 to separate my liability as a professional therapist. If I am going to file quarterly estimates taxes, do I only file the first quarter amount based off of what I have made in those first three months, or does it need to be larger as an estimated equal quarter of a full year?
