How many of you managers/partners are willing to have your team spend extra hours (that you won’t end up billing/recoup) doing the client’s job for them (getting own requests/formatting PBCs that aren’t anywhere near where they need to be to be useful) instead of setting clear expectations for the client’s responsibilities? When do you draw the line?
