I am physically located in Canada, I sell my products worldwide, but a huge portion of sales are in the USA. I have no physical locations, all online sales.
Currently my supplier, who is located in the USA is charging me tax on some US orders, but not all, makes no sense. I am not collecting tax on these USA orders.
International orders I did not see any tax being charged. I am not collecting tax on these international orders.
As for Canadian orders, I am not being charged tax, and that makes sense as I do charge tax to my Canadian customers.
I'll also mention that I have the option to fill out a Reseller License, but I don't think that's right, as I will not be charging tax in the USA.
Should I have to pay tax on all USA and international orders? I don't want to run into any problems in the future. Thanks allot, any information is greatly appreciated.
