Hello,
I've recently been accepted for an AP position in a logistics company. They'll train me on JDEdwards and the culture seems to be nice, but I'm not sure if its best for me.
There's an opening for accounting assistant position at a CPA firm located nearby and requires no experience. Pay range is one dollar higher.
The commute for the CPA firm is about 20 minutes, whereas the logistics company is very nearly an hour.
Should I apply anyway? What will be better for getting an internship once I start my junior year? I don't want to burn bridges with my recruiter after being hired, but I feel like I'll get burnt out if I deal with over an hour in traffic.
AP Clerk is full time with possible overtime, CPA firm is around 20-30 hours a week.
