Hello all! Please help a girl out!
I am currently taking a class on managerial accounting and I have to do a paper in which a financial accounting manager answers a few questions. If anyone here could help me out that would be fantastic! Here are the questions:
Is the use of performance management to increase accountability a major objective in your organization? Why?
Are performance management initiatives in your company developed at the agency (lowest) level? Are these measures and initiatives supported by departments and central management units?
Are financial measures (cost of inputs, etc...) important in performance measurement in your company? Why or why not? If not, can you describe what is important to your company's performance measurement?
To what extent have systematic methods been developed to allocate costs to different outputs?
Are financial management and performance management integrated in your company?
Do performance evaluations effect individual pay?
I don't really have anyone else who can answer these. So if you can help me out it would be greatly appreciated. Also, I would need your name and your company name (It's required so we don't just make up the answers, but that could be sent in a private message if you like).
