Auditors transitioning into Senior Accounting positions - what is the transition like?
Post Body
I always wonder whether sr. associates who go out into industry have a big learning curve because while they do audit the transactions, processing those transaction and actually doing the reconciliations is a different matter. For those who didn't have accounting experience but went directly into audit and then transitioned out into industry, what are you doing now and how long did it take for you to get used to it?
