Recruiter said entry level positions in Austin start at 3k a month

So I spoke to a recruiter from Solomon page today and she said entry level jobs in the Austin Texas area are starting at about 3k a month. That sounds really off. Online when I look it up it says 50-70k a year. Anyone have any familiarity with this staffing company or know why this recruiter is saying the entry level salary is so low?
