Folks, I need to technically train a non accountant on how to perform Quality of Earnings / Due Diligence.
He's got some background in it and has already worked on 11 deals as a Staff/Senior a couple of years ago.
What courses, books, etc do y'all recommend?
Ps: he's got young kids and is in an unemployment situation which means he needs a job while he pursues a Masters degree in Accounting starting in January.
