Everytime I am on this subreddit all I see is a lot of negative things. I am just finishing my second year of accounting and I am getting a little scared because of how everyone talks. Is it just because it is tax season and everyone is stressing? As well I am doing a coop for nest tax season which will be my third year in education. MNP is currently my go to as I have had a few talks with their head of HR for the branch where I live. I had an interview with three of the partners as well for a job this summer just didn't get it as I was a little under qualified. The head of HR said that they would pay for my first time going through my CPA and 7-8 years later I could make partner and be making about 400k. Is this last part true or am I being led along?
Edit: make partner 8 years post designation
