Fucked up bad, and caused straight chaos in my office today

Currently an Accounting intern at a summer camp, I was told to inform parents about a fine on their account. Turns out I wasn’t supposed to send the email and it caused straight chaos as parents started calling. I feel like a dumb duck 🤣.
