I stopped going to the gym 2months ago and wanted to change that. At the moment, my time is preoccupied with work and haven’t had the motivation to get outside the house to exercise (I work from home).
I plan to start by doing cycling every other day for a week till my motivation comes back then start going to the gym again. I also have porn addiction, wanted to trim it down to max 4x a week. Others to discuss via chat.
