EDIT: Issue has been resolved, thanks everyone :-) Tge solution was to take the small mechanic pin and drag it forward where it belonged, then it went in again and the switch button worked again. Needed a bit of practice, but quickly became completely normal again.
Hey folks,
Apologies for the second post within the day. After having received numerous threats of being replaced by a Scandalli, it seems my current Hohner Concerto was so intimidated it got scared and the bass reed selector switch broke. The accordion has two sets of reeds, one of which is a master one (so it contains more reeds). What I noticed when I played was that even though I had selected the "small" register the master one sounded. So I looked and the master switch was leaning in a bit (more than it should when not selected). I tipped on it with my finger and it pushed that switch straight in - and the other switch straight out. Now I cannot move either switch anymore. Does anyone have an advice on how to deal with this? The model is, as I said, a Hohner Concerto IV. I've collected two pictures and a description in an Imgur album for you to look at more closely: http://imgur.com/a/AjEd4Dv
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
