Lafayette Sheriffs Office New School Safety App

I don't consider myself a conspiracy theorist or typically subscribe to the whole law enforcement is bad mantra of some, but I sure wouldn't trust any app on my phone by any law enforcement agency no matter how great the idea may be.

It just seems too easy to potentially be a useful way of gathering meta data on users and circumvent the need for them to acquire that info through their regular channels.
