What's the difference between nature-nurture and individual-situational?

the nature part of the nature-nurture debate and the individual part of the individual-situational debate seems to be the same.

nurture and situational also seem similar, but I can distinguish that nurture can include your entirety of experiences up until said moment, when situational just seems to consider one particular event that is taking place.

I'm trying to understand the difference between these two debates, can someone explain? Or are they supposed to be the same thing?
