I recently manifested a relationship that fulfilled so many of my long-held desires, but was also just a little (a lot?) too fractured and not quite a fit in my life. A particular pattern is that I'm attracted to healing relationships but you can imagine that the problems there have a tendency to stick around in some form even after the healing, and I'm just ready for love to be lower contrast and more auspiciously functional! I was thinking last night (as I slowly rewire my brain..), If I can manifest this, I can manifest something better.
Also in my relationship with my husband (we're poly), we're in a good place but we could do better.
I have another connection with someone from a quite different culture from a few months ago, who I'm definitely attracted to, but wanting to wrap my mind around what kind of relationship would be possible. And I'm waiting to get some bandwidth back to invest back into my broader social life as well.
Can you talk to me about how you use the processes to improve your relationships? Or any related practices? I used to use affirmations which were a bit different. And learning some active listening has helped a lot. Otherwise when it comes to processes I try to use pivoting all the time, the 16 second thing whenever necessary, and the focus wheel when I'm pretty desperate.
I know the book of positive aspects is key for relationships, but how about doing it in such a way where more focus goes into the specific kind of traits/experiences you want more of, want to move in the direction of, rather than the easy good things that have been around for ages (alongside issues)?
