Refute this pro choice argument:

- If one were to say life starts at conception because that's when new DNA is formed, why don't they morally value tumors?
- If they were to say tumors don't have the capacity for human development, sperm cells have the capacity for human development but it would be absurd to value those.
- Life should start at the onset of the capacity for conscioussness because that's the rational starting point for life
