Just one thought just for discussion a 26 week old baby in the NICU is killed by its mother and it is murder. A 26 week old baby in its mother's womb is aborted. Why is it different? Assuming both are normal in every way? We are assuming no potential harm to the mother and that both children were conceived under reasonable circumstance. Both are believed to be perfectly viable. If the 26 week old baby were born naturally today it would have equal chance to survive as the one in NICU.

Let's add this for contrast. Why is it not ok to kill a 2 day old child? It cannot survive on it's own. It is still using it's mother's body for it's needs. It looks no different than it did three days ago when it could be killed.
