How on earth do I enter this office? This is over by C-block Anning just past the live fire zone. I've been searching for an entrance for the past hour and all I have to show for it is two locked doors.

From memory there is a hole in the roof.... you need to look above for a grate to get in... It is frustrating and took me an equally long time to get in there. But the answer is right there.
