unpopular opinion - Aatrox is shit

His abilities cast slow, thus giving everyone enough time to get out of range. Everbody builds anti-heal and you can't heal. Aatrox is always the underdog in any top matchup. When i play him everyone makes fun of me by calling me names like Etrox and such. Can someone give me build/gameplay advice?
