Paneer bhurjee for dinner!

My all time fav paneer bhurjee made with some whole spices- bay leaf, clove, cinnamon, and fried with a little butter in a pan.
First fried some onions, tomatoes and bell peppers with the spices, then added the crumbled paneer and let it cook till it caramelised and slightly stuck to the pan. I love the golden brown colour and sweetness it adds!
Had it with some chapatis! Yum!
