Just a quick update on the world of me. I am not healing correctly from the surgery I had back in June. I am in increasing amounts of pain as the days continue. Next week I will make the 800 mile round trip to see my surgeon in person. Hopefully they will be able to help.

In the meantime, thank you so much for being patient with me. I haven't forgotten about you. I've so delighted in reading your messages, hearing the audio suggestions you have, and your "get well soon" gifts from my wishlist. I greatly appreciate them, and you for taking to time to send them.

Both you and I are looking forward to this being over. It's been over a year since this all started, and I would very much like this all to be just a bad memory.
