We're doing a POC for accessing a secret stored in an Azure Key Vault, that secret can then be used to access some sensitive data. What we would like to have, is some form of alert/email notification that could be sent out whenever that secret is accessed. I've done some quick googling and digging on here and haven't seen anything jump out at me outside of Azure Event Grid notification events, that don't seem to include something as simple as the vault/secret being accessed. Is this something that is even possible in the Key Vault's current state? Would we need to possibly architect some custom alerting based off logging?
