Post Body

I have timestamps that are -5 UTC but I couldnt format the string properly into a timestamp with UTC -5 at the end so currently all my dates are 5 hours from what they are suppose to be.

I want to subtract 5 hours from the timestamps so they would be correct. How would i go about doing this. I thought I could use the minus() function but I am not sure how to represent 5 hours.
