I have one AIP scanner set up and working. I am setting up a new scanner in the same scan cluster since we added a bunch of repositories. I've been loosely following this guide, with some changes since the AIP cmdlets have different parameters now.

The issue I keep running into is the new scanner comes up with "Error: Policy is missing" in the portal. When I do Start-AIPScannerDiagnostics It completes the connectivity and database check, but comes back with "The service didn't accept the auth token". I have tried using the current app registration for the AIP scanner that works, setting up a new app registration, installing and configuring the scanner as myself and then the scanner service account. I'm at a loss. Any suggestions?
