My subscription is on Azure for students at a college I'm going to.
I had a key vault created at the time, and then I deleted it. However, I notice my cost has still been incurring. I realized that the key vault was a soft delete so the charges are still incurring.
I tried to purge it, but it's locked because I need an active subscription to purge it. I tried to re-activate my Azure for Students subscription, but I'm not able to do so and I need to contact Azure support to reactivate it.
The problem is, everytime I try to make a support request, it just keeps taking me to AI generated answers to upgrade to pay as you go, which doesn't solve my problem as the key vault is created in the Azure for Students subscription (now disabled).
Please, I need help with this. I want to talk to someone on the phone or get ASAP help and I can't seem to find their number or anything. Any suggestion is much appreciated.
