I’m 27 years old with a unruptured AVM grade 3 located in the left posterior frontal and parietal lobes
Here’s my timeline and story please any help or advice is appreciated
11/15/23 got mri without contrast for something unrelated
11/17/23 was told I have an grade 3 Avm symptomatic
12/6/23 angiogram done no problems
1/2/23 mri done with contrast
My neurosurgeon did not want to perform surgery to remove mentioning that it was very risky and would likely impact my right motor skills and speech if I got it removed. He recommended to watch it and get Mri’s every 1 or 2 years.
For the last month or so February 2024 I have been experiencing headaches, throbbing, feeling my heart beat hard and fast, and for the last week when I go try and go to sleep I have been experiencing this internal vibration/tremors/shaking, and I have no clue what’s going on, is it just my anxiety and mental which is producing all these new symptoms? What could trigger any of these when I’ve never had them before in my life? Im pretty scared and nervous and honestly feel like I can have a rupture anytime due to how I feel, my mental has been worse than ever and my thoughts really goes wild when I’m trying to rest and lay down
I feel really down and backed in a corner on one hand I can wait and do nothing and hope I don’t have a rupture and have to be rushed to emergency surgery, or I can get the surgery done and potentially ruin my life moving forward impacting my motor movement on the right side of my body and speech. I feel fucked
