Youth (4 yrs old) ATV/UTV suggestions?

Looking for a gas powered ATV/UTV for my son. Does anyone have experience in purchasing these for as young as 4? Obviously safer is better. I'd prefer to be to able to limit the throttle and if possible have him harnessed in with some protection for if he were to accidentally overturn. I've been looking at the 50cc 4 wheelers, but want to see what else is out there before pulling the trigger on one.
