Post Body

Got my son a used 2004 Polaris Sportsman 90. Runs great, but would like to do a full maintenance once over. What things do I need to cover? I haven’t torn into it yet, but want some advice since I’ve never worked on 2-strokes and ATVs before.

  1. Oil / Filter Change
  2. Air Filter
  3. Spark Plug
  4. Plug Wire? Don’t see an obvious plug wire.
  5. Trans or Clutch oil?

Maybe I should pickup the manual?!
