Gas domes out of spout on top of Carburetor. Any idea what to do to fix this?

Just picked up a 1999 Suzuki king quad 300 for a great deal. The seller told me that it doesn’t like to stay running due to a carb issue and saw that one of the hoses wasn’t connected to spout and the other spout pours gas out of it. Any ideas?
