In my neighborhood my only option with ATT is their "Internet 75" plan

Right now I have Charter Spectrum. I ran Speetest.net today and it shows me as having speeds of 373Mbps download and 11.46Mbps upload.
Question: Would I essentially be downgrading by switching to ATT's "Internet 75" plan (which is all they have here). I think I know the answer but thought it best to reach out to ppl who know more about this stuff than I do. :-)
Edit: Thanks to all for the input. Sticking with Spectrum until fiber is here!
