please help. ok so I got talked into switching from tmobile to att was told I would have great service. also I would get 800 off the s22 ultra if I traded in my phone from tmobile. well I went through with it last night turned in my phone for the 800 credit. well att service is more horrible

So what do I do now can I cancel the service and pay off the remaining balance on the phone with the 800.00 credit applied. Or can I get back my own phone. Figured to ask here first since the stores aren't open yet
