In the middle of Illinois. I got the s22 ultra in March. My 5g service has been awful. I did a little digging and checked my APN settings and I was on the line with a rep trying to help me change the APN settings and they were locked on a 4G network work. I have months of speed tests that show my speeds around 35 to 40 mgbs and as slow as 3 and 4 mgbs. The rep finally had my network reset and I'm working on 5g now because my speed test showed speeds through the roof.
There's a $45 difference a month in pay between 4G and 5G speeds. I called to have a bill credit on the difference since I got the phone. The lady offered me $10. I've had nothing but problems with AT&T They charged me insurance for 4 devices for multiple months and I only had 1 on my account. This company will steal and get over on you in a hearbeat. I'm on my way out the door to T-mobile. God for bid you call AT&T and actually get a representative that speaks English.
